A pretty historic week, as Elena Kagan becomes the first woman nominated to the Supreme Court since Sonia Sotomayor.

And as we note the political defeats of Sen. Bob Bennett (R-UT) and Rep. Alan Mollohan (D-WV), we look ahead to Tuesday's primaries where several incumbents — notably Sen. Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania — are in serious jeopardy.  In fact, the prediction here is that Specter loses.
