Today marks fifty years since John F. Kennedy was elected president, in a remarkably close race against Richard Nixon.  In honor of the occasion, has posted more than 30 previously unpublished photos of Kennedy during the campaign — at rallies, and during more thoughtful moments.

So often we remember the anniversary of JFK's death, it's nice to also remember the beginning of the Camelot era.  You can find the photos at
