Death Toll Reports Top 20 In Iraq Bombing

The death toll from a car bomb that exploded near a market in Kirkuk, Iraq, today is on the rise.

The Associated Press now says at least 24 people were killed. Reuters says at least 25 died.

This comes on the day U.S. troops officially withdrew from cities and towns across Iraq.
