'I Am Proud Of My Husband' Says Wife Of Bomber Who Killed 7 CIA Personnel

"Frankly, I am proud of my husband. I think my husband conducted a very big operation in a kind of war. Hopefully, if he is a martyr, may God accept his being a martyr."

ABC News, with help from Turkey's Kanal 6 news network, has the video and an English translation of an interview with Defne Bayrak, wife of the man who authorities say killed seven CIA personnel and a Jordanian agent last month in a suicide bombing at a U.S. base in eastern Afghanistan.

She also told the Associated Press today that "I think the war against the United States must go on."
