House Passes $33 Bln In Afghanistan, Iraq War Spending

The House passed legislation Tuesday containing $33 billion to fund the U.S. military's efforts in Afghanistan and Iraq.

The Senate has already passed the legislation, so it now proceeds to the President Barack Obama's desk for his signature.

Besides the money to fund the continuing military activities in both countries, the bill also contains $4 billion in foreign assistance.
