Hacker Who Got Into Sarah Palin's E-Mails Sentenced To Year And A Day

One of the hotter stories of the 2008 presidential campaign's later days has reached this conclusion:

"A federal judge today ordered a former University of Tennessee student who snooped through Sarah Palin's private e-mail account in 2008 to serve a year and a day for his crime and recommended that his time be served at a Knoxville halfway house." (Knoxville News Sentinel)

David Kernell, now 22, also should get mental health treatment, the judge declared.
