A Rhodesian Ridgeback named Etana gave birth to 17 puppies back in September in a town near Berlin, Germany. The AP reports that, thanks to lots of attention from owner Ramona Wegemann, all of them have survived. Wegemann tells the AP that a typical litter is about half as many puppies.
