Flooding killed at least three people in Tennessee and a fourth in Ohio after powerful storms muscled through the Midwest. The The AP reports the Blanchard River crested more than five feet above flood stage in Findlay, Ohio; the National Weather Service is keeping an eye on several rivers, there including Blanchard, the Ohio and the Chagin. Experts say a 4.7-magnitude earthquake in Arkansas on Sunday night was felt here in St. Louis — about a half-hour before a fast-moving storm blew through with hail and 70 mph winds.

People felt the earthquake in five states.
