Confirmed: 'Bronx Zoo Cobra' Hasss Been Found

The snake's Twitter page is suspiciously quiet. It last checked in from the Yankees game a couple hours ago.

But MyFoxNY.com claims to have been told by a source that officials from the Wildlife Conservation Society are going to announce soon that the "Bronx Zoo cobra" has been recovered.

And NBC News says it's been told "the snake is now in quarantine" and that a 4 p.m. ET news conference is planned.

Update at 4:03 p.m. ET: "We found our snake and we're very happy," Jim Breheny, says the zoo's director, according to New York's Daily News. The tabloid says it was spotted around 9 a.m. ET, curled up in a corner.
