PHOTO: President Obama Tells Father Of Kidnapped American She's Free

The White House just released a picture of President Obama talking on the phone with the father of Jessica Buchanan.

Buchanan, who was kidnapped by Somali pirates, was rescued by a team of Navy SEALs in the early hours of Wednesday, in an operation that started at about 6 p.m. ET.

Obama made the call from the Capitol, shortly after he delivered his state of the union address.
