HP, We Have A Problem

In this weekend's Listener Limerick Challenge, we asked our caller about the above video, in which two users discover a flaw in HP's MediaSmart face tracking software: it seems to only track white faces.

Now, HP says it's really a lighting issue. Consumer Reports wanted to check and see if MediaSmart computers were indeed MediaRacist. In this video, they test that theory, and find, yes, lighting has something to do with it. Like, it'll find darker skin tones, as long as they're really, really, ridiculously, blindingly well lit.
