Every week, Carl flies out to Chicago from his home near DC to judge and scorekeep "Wait, Wait". Last week, for the first time in the history of our show, he didn't make it. His trip to Chicago was thwarted by storms and mechanical problems. While we could record his voice from DC, we didn't want the crowd at the theater to be disappointed... so Tiny Carl had to step in and take his place.
