January 19, 2011 Reid instantly realized his gaffe and corrected himself. He has a well-known knack for dropping word bombs, only to have to apologize later. This may be one of those times.
October 26, 2010 Two Democratic aides who drew GOP attention were fired by Harry Reid and Alex Sink. Florida Democratic governor candidate Sink fired an aide who texted her during her debate with Rick Scott. Reid fired an aide who married an immigrant.
October 18, 2010 Rep. Dina Titus (D-Nev.) is in a district she barely won in 2008, which makes this year seem dicier. A sign of how badly Democrats want to hang on to the seat is that House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer came to campaign for her.

October 14, 2010 Sen. Harry Reid and Sharron Angle's Nevada debate Thursday could prove decisive in a race as tight as theirs. Many voters haven't had a chance to see Angle who is gaffe-prone. Which, by the way, is also true of Reid.
