March 21, 2011 House Minority Leader Rep. Nancy Pelosi resumed her schedule in Italy after illness forced her to skip visits with Italian officials. In a statement, Pelosi's spokesman mentioned several flights she took in Afghanistan and a long flight back to Italy that occurred before she felt ill.
March 4, 2011 Speaker Boehner said President Obama focused on social issues instead of jobs, as voters wanted. That charge led a gay rights group, Human Rights Campaign, to accuse Boehner of hypocrisy for doing what he accused the president of.
