February 7, 2011 Rich Lowry, editor of the conservative National Review, accepts the idea is odd but still likes it. He argues that Bush should run in 2012, not 2016, a year Bush said he would more likely consider. Lowry argues that Bush will still be a Bush even if he waits so he might as well just get in.
