June 10, 2013 During a hearing, Chad "Ochocinco" slapped his lawyer's backside. In response, the judge rejected a plea deal and sent him to jail for 30 days.
The then-Chad Ochocinco when he was with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2009. He had changed his name the year before. Now, he's back to being Chad Johnson.
