Richard Dameron tells Cleveland's WKYC-TV he's sorry for drunkenly dialing 911. A judge says he has to stand outside a police station each day this week to show that to the city.
September 4, 2013 For the second time in less than a year, a Cleveland judge has ordered a guilty party to stand outside with a sign saying he's been an idiot. In this case, the crime was calling 911 and drunkenly threatening police officers.
On Wednesday, Shena Hardin Â held her sign of shame higher — as the judge said she should.

November 13, 2012 Shena Hardin of Cleveland kept driving up on a sidewalk to get around a stopped school bus. After the police nabbed her, a judge ordered her to stand at the scene of the crime for two mornings with a sign saying that only an idiot would do that.
