That will cause big changes in the agricultural economy. But reducing water use now could help delay and ease that disruption.

August 25, 2013 Muriel "Mickie" Siebert bought a seat on the exchange in 1967 and was also the first woman to head one of its member firms. She died Saturday in New York at age 80. The cause was complications of cancer.
