Ohio's Union Rights Battle Appears Headed Toward November Referendum

Foes of Ohio legislation that would limit the collective-bargaining rights of public workers unions at the statehouse, Wednesday, March 30, 2011.

March 31, 2011 Ohio Gov. John Kasich could sign just passed legislation as soon as Friday that curtails the collective-bargaining rights of the state's public employee unions. But foes are gearing up to try and undo it by pushing for a referendum on the November ballot.
