From Bishop To King: Democrat Keeps Seat In NY 01, All House Races Settled
December 8, 2010 The battle in N.Y.'s 1st Congressional District is over, as GOP challenger Randy Altschuler concedes to Democratic incumbent Tim Bishop. Now all House races have been settled, and the Republicans came away with 63 more seats than the Dems.
