It was all a joke, the man behind Eternal Earth-Bound Pets now says.

March 22, 2012 Bart Centre now says his Eternal Earth-Bound Pets venture was a spoof and that he never took anyone's money. His admission came after insurance regulators started to ask questions about what he was up to.
