February 1, 2013 Triaminic and Theraflu syrups and "warming liquids," the products implicated in the latest recall announcement, contain acetaminophen and diphenhydramine. But kids were able to open the childproof caps on the products, presenting a risk of poisoning.

Ford's Escape was redesigned for the 2013 model year. Last month, this one rolled of the assembly line in Louisville, Ky.

July 19, 2012 A problem with a fuel line could lead to an engine fire, the company warned. The recall affects 2013 Escape models with 1.6-liter engines. Ford will deliver a loaner vehicle to owners and take the Escapes to its dealers for repair.

More than a half-million bottles of Tylenol for babies have been recalled because of complaints about a new system for getting the dose right. The doughnut-like receptacle for the syringe seen in the neck of the bottle can get pushed down into the liquid medicine.

February 17, 2012 A newly designed bottle and syringe that were supposed to make it easier to give a baby the right dose of Tylenol have drawn complaints from parents. The system is too difficult to use.
