December 6, 2012 One of the nation's largest art fairs is bringing some strange sights to Miami. The most remarkable might be a 100-foot long homage to the artist Christo. The mechanical alligator head is floating in Biscayne Bay. The plan is to add a 200-foot body and tail next year.
