March 17, 2009 Near Fort Myers, Fla., husband-and-wife real estate agents Ray and Florie Gage are losing their retirement dream home to foreclosure. But self-described vagabond Jim Foutz just bought a house for $88,000 — and the Gages helped him make the deal.
