End Of Winter Drives Nation's Gas Prices Uphill

Reports indicate that gas pump prices are at their highest level on record for this period of the year, but consumers might see a break in the near future — if all goes well.

February 19, 2013 Gas prices typically rise this time of year as refineries switch to summertime formulas, which are designed to reduce smog. But because of maintenance work — partially delayed by Superstorm Sandy — the run-up in prices is happening earlier this year.

Will Obama Administration Clear Keystone XL Pipeline?

TransCanada already has begun construction on a southern section of the Keystone XL pipeline. Since it doesn't cross the U.S.-Canadian border, it doesn't require approval from the State Department and President Obama.

January 24, 2013 Now that Nebraska's governor has approved a new route for the Keystone XL oil pipeline, it'll be up to President Obama to decide whether the controversial project will move forward. The State Department is expected to complete an environmental review in coming months.

Nativity Collector Dreams Of Mangers And Museums

Dixon has gathered her Nativity collection from many sources around the world. She says this set is made of banana fronds and was given to her by a friend who was a missionary in Nigeria.

December 21, 2012 Margo Dixon has a longtime passion for Nativity scenes and has accumulated 1,450 sets over the years. When she retired two years ago, Dixon moved to Bethlehem, Pa., with hopes of opening a Nativity museum.
