Tour Champ Landis Failed Doping Test in Comeback
July 27, 2006 Tour de France champion Floyd Landis has tested positive for high levels of testosterone, according to a statement from his cycling team, Phonak. The test was reportedly conducted after Landis' comeback victory in the 17th stage. If the result is confirmed, Landis could lose his title.

American Landis Wins Tour de France
July 23, 2006 Floyd Landis won the Tour de France on Sunday, keeping cycling's most prestigious title in American hands for the eighth straight year. The 30-year-old Landis cruised to victory on the Champs-Elysees, a day after regaining the leader's yellow jersey and building an insurmountable lead in the final time trial.

Landis Wins Stage to Narrow 8-Minute Gap
July 20, 2006 Melissa Block talks with cyclist Floyd Landis, leader of the Phonak team at the Tour de France. Landis won Thursday's stage that ended in Morzine, France, a day after losing the leader's yellow jersey. But with a dominant win Thursday, Landis erased much of that gap, finishing 7:30 minutes ahead of the overall leader, Spain's Oscar Pereiro.
Landis Charges Back in the Tour de France
July 20, 2006 American cyclist Floyd Landis has won the 17th stage of the Tour de France. He broke away from an 11-man pack and propelled himself back into contention for the overall title. Just yesterday, Landis dropped out of the lead, falling more than 8 minutes behind Spain's Oscar Pereiro. That poor showing had cycling experts writing off Landis as a possible Tour champion.
