Negotiators for the Communications Workers of America reached an agreement with Bell Atlantic this week. Workers struck for two days, but not for higher pay. They demanded to be included in the company''s expansion into the new technology. Scott speaks with Cornell University professor Richard Hurd about how labor unions are changing in this country.
