Shocked Congress

Members of Congress received copies of the Starr report yesterday afternoon. Many immediately returned home to their districts for a weekend of reading and gauging public sentiment. After some quick scannning of the report, some were clearly taken aback by the details of the case. NPR''s Brian Naylor reports.
