Junius Kellogg died this week. He was 71. Mr. Kellogg was at the center of the college basketball betting scandal of the early 1950s. When two former players approached Mr. Kellogg to fix a game, he went straight to the New York district attorney. As a result, 37 players were indicted, and several basketball programs shut down. Scott speaks with Charley Rosen, author of "Barney Polan''s Game."
