NPR's Julie McCarthy visits some of Indonesia's outlying islands, where talk is growing of separatist movements in the post-Suharto era. It's been fueled by President B.J. Habibie's recent signals he may loosen the military grip over East Timor, which was forcibly annexed by Indonesia.
