Week In Congress

Members on both sides of the Capitol are still trying to figure out how to handle the Clinton-Intern scandal, even as they look ahead to their legislative agendas. Democrats held a pep rally with President Clinton and Vice President Gore this past week to unveil their latest proposals. Both parties also are preparing for the '98 bi-elections in November. Liane is joined by NPR Congressional Correspondent Brian Naylor.
