Liane is joined by Charles Jones, professor of Political Science at the University of Wisconsin. They discuss President Bill Clinton''s ability to carry out his responsibilities in the face of so many investigations and allegations. Jones says the President''s legacy inevitably will be tarnished by all the charges.
