Pol Pot, the once leader of Cambodia''s Khmer Rouge and the man who ordered the slaughter of as many as two million Cambodians, died this week. Scott talks with Richard Solomon who, as an Assistant Secretary of State, helped negotatiate a Cambodian peace agreement. Mr. Solomon is currently President of the United States Institute for Peace.
