Audio for this story from Weekend Edition Sunday is not available.

Liane is joined by reknowned cellist Yo-Yo Ma, whose latest recording is a journey into the tango music of Argentina. The compact disc, "Yo-Yo Ma: Soul of the Tango," (Sony Classical) features the music of the late composer Astor Piazzolla. Also known as the master of the modern tango, Piazzolla''s music is written primarily for guitar, piano and the bandoneon. Yo-Yo adds his cello to the mix and performs a virtual duet with Piazzolla on the CD.
