Legal News

Liane is joined by Mimi Wesson, professor of law at the University of Colorado in Boulder. They discuss the trials of Unabomer suspect Theodore Kaczynski, convicted Oklahoma city bombing conspirator Terry Nichols and two Caliornia Supreme Court cases involving the Boy Scouts of America. This past week the Unabomer trial was put on hold once again when Kaczynski tried to fire his legal team and represent himself. Also, the jury in the Terry Nichols case deadlocked in the penalty phase of the trial, sparing Nichols from the death penalty.
