Aretha Franklin has recorded a new, improved version of My Country 'Tis of Thee. Millions teared up on Inauguration Day as "the Queen of Soul" belted out an emotion-filled anthem on the U.S. Capitol steps. Franklin says the freezing cold meant her voice wasn't the best.

Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne. News now of one more do-over for the Obama inauguration. Aretha Franklin has recorded an improved version of "My Country, 'Tis of Thee." Millions teared up as the Queen of Soul belted out an emotion-filled anthem on the Capitol steps. But Aretha herself says the freezing cold meant her voice wasn't the best. Her more perfect version is released this week. No word yet on if she'll donate her perfectly fabulous, big-bow hat to the Smithsonian.
