Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will announce a new banking rescue plan Tuesday that proposes injecting hundreds of billions more into financial institutions. At a moment in our economic climate when billions of taxpayer dollars go to major banks and fewer and fewer Americans are receiving loans or credit, what do you want from your bank?
