The White House

NPR's Mara Liasson reports from Washington on the White House's continuing effort today to counter Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's report to Congress on President Clinton's relationship with Monica Lewinsky. Starr's report, and a quick White House response, were made public yesterday. Over the weekend, the White House planned to release an additional response.
