Tax Cuts

In an unusual Saturday session, the House of Representatives passed a bill that will cut taxes by 80 Billion dollars over the next five years. NPR''s Brian Naylor reports that passage by the Senate is unsure, and President Clinton has promised a veto if the bill ever does reach his desk.
