Daniel talks with attorney Lawrence Marshall who worked on the Rolando Cruz case and helped organize the National Conference on Wrongful Convictions. Marshall talks about one key problem with death penalty cases - that very often attorneys representing these defendants are either incompetent or do not have the resources to do an adequate job for their clients. And this is why, Marshall says, that so many innocent people end up on death row.
