Floods And Freeze In China

Mary Kay Magistad reports from Yao Ai Li (Yow i lie) village in Inner Mongolia. Last summer hundreds of thousands of people lost homes and property in Inner Mongolia and many are still trying to rebuild. The freezing temperatures, along with a lack of money to pay for bricks and building supplies is making the process a struggle in some villages.
