The International Astronomical Union is considering whether or not Pluto, the 9th planet, should be reclassified as something else. Jacki talks with Andrew Fraknoi, chair of the Astronomy Department at Foothill College in Los Altos, California. Fraknoi says Pluto is the strangest of all the planets and one that''s been difficult for astronomers to describe.
