Daniel speaks with the BBC''s Chris Simpson in Kigali, Rwanda about the confession yesterday by that country''s former Prime Minister Jean Kambada before an international war crimes tribunal. Kambada plead guilty to a genocide that took place in Rwanda in 1994 in which half a million people were slaughtered.
