A strong earthquake, registering almost 7 on the richter scale, has killed at least three thousand people in northern Afghanistan and many more casualties are expected. It''s the second time this year a major quake has devastated that region. Daniel talks to the BBC''s William Reeve in Faizabad about relief plans.
