Bin Laden's Money

President Clinton today signed an executive order which would bar financial transactions between American companies and Osama bin Laden, the exiled Saudi Arabian millionaire accused of sponsoring terrorist attacks on the US embassies in east Africa. Jacki Lyden speaks to NPR's Neal Conan about how effective this move is likely to be.
