Moghul Buffet

Jacki speaks with Cheryl Benard about her new novel, Moghul Buffet , (Farrar Straus and Girous, 1998). The mystery/comedy begins when an American businessman disappears in Peshawa Pakistan and is presumed murdered. Benard, who is regularly a sociologist, thought of the novel while she was studying international aid organizations in Pakistan.
