Daniel asks Historian Stephen Ambrose about his reaction to the Justice Department's preliminary investigation of Bill Clinton regarding his fundraising practices. Ambrose says that he doesn't support appointing an independent counsel, if it comes to that, particularly because such counsels have been so ineffective in the past.
