    During the Superbowl tonight, Fred Astaire will appear in three commercials, even though he's been dead for ten years. His widow approved of the ads, which use computer imaging to show him dancing with a vacuum cleaner. But she's suing a video company for using the images in an unauthorized dance instruction video, and now major entertainment companies are worried about the outcome of the trial and its implications.
