Steve Gunderson Former Republican Congressman from Wisconsin [1980-1996] Co-author, _House and Home: The Political and Personal Journey of a Gay Republican Congressman, and the Man with Whom He Created a Family_ [Dutton, 1996] Senior Consultant and Director of the Washington office for the Greystone Companies (strategic planning & communications firm) Robert Knight Director of Cultural Studies, Family Research Council This year, seven openly homosexual candidates are running for Congress — the most ever to make a serious bid for Capitol Hill. And if any of the challengers win, they'll be the first to enter Congress out of the closet.
