GUESTS: William Daley U.S. Secretary of Commerce William Daley was confirmed as the Secretary of Commerce in January, 1997. As the voice of American business, Daley has led many overseas trade missions, promoted minority businesses and expanded the field of electronic commerce. This week Secretary Daley joins President Clinton in China and later this summer he leads a business development mission to Sub-Saharan Africa. As part of an on-going series with Cabinet members, Ray Suarez talks to Secretary William Daley about American commerce and his upcoming trips.
